Our Guarantee
We want our customers to be happy and value our good reputation. Because we sell only fine jewelry and individually inspect each item to insure its high quality, returned items are very rare. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in the original condition and packaging for a full refund (minus S&H and credit card fees) within 14 days. Unlike other jewelers that have a high rate of return, we do not charge a restocking fee. If you do wish to return an item, please send us an e-mail and we will e-mail you shipping instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be good as new and in the original box.

Privacy Policy
We do not give out or sell information on our customers to other companies. In the event that a customer wishes to be removed from our mailing list, they can contact us and will be immediately and permanently removed.

Shipping and Taxes
Shipping, handling and insurance charges very depending on the service selected. Orders are shipped via Federal Express, UPS and USPS. Items shipped to Georgia residents are subject to a 6% sales tax.
